As a result of the current Covid-19 health scare, Finsbury Robinson is fully prepared withits emergency contingent plan.
Our priority is, of course, to ensure the health and safety of our employees, clients and visitors. But we take very seriously the ongoing service to our clients.
As a result, we have made provision for our service to continue in its entirety during the crisis.
We havefully tested our ability to deliver our service remotely, including a full telephone service. This follows all data protection rules under GDPR. All employees have been provided with appropriate equipment in readiness. We will be able to be fully operational, regardless of where we are working.
You will be able to email or phone in the normal manner and speak to the required team member.
We will endeavor to keep the office open but circumstances may dictate that we have to close the office and work remotely. This will not affect the continuing service. The post and deliveries will be collected daily and dealt with accordingly.
If there is a slight delay in the phone being answered during our normal working hours of 9am to 5pm (Mon to Fri), please be patient as I would imagine broadband speeds across the UK will decrease with all teenagers at home gaming and many of us working remotely at home.
We will behere to support you as much as possible during what could be a difficult time for all of us.
We believe that the great spirit in this country will pull us all together and business and life will go on as always in the future.
With Very Best wishes from
Sandra Evans (MD) and the whole team at Finsbury Robinson
